I take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you and try to use recycled packaging wherever possible to take care of the environment. I charge a postage fee only to cover my costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and I have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. I always obtain proof of posting and will not accept responsibility for items lost in the post but am more than happy to send on the proof of posting and assist any way I can to help you find the parcel or submit a claim.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however I must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to me. If the item is found to be faulty or a geniune error in the listing is found, I will also refund the postage cost.
