All items are sent by Signed For Post or by means of a Courier, meaning that you will need to sign for the item, or by City Link, TNT, Interlink

UK stock is delivered within 1-2 working days if sent by Royal Mail, however please allow 5 clear working days for delivery, Items sent by Courier if ordered and Paid for before 1pm will arrive next working day. We will deliver overseas but only to the card holders billing address. Destinations such as Malta & other Islands will need to be calculated.
Items from our German warehouses will take 3-7 working days.
We are unable to rectify any errors or replace faulty items after this period. However all equipment have a 12 month manufacturer warranty. Due to the nature of the product, Subscription viewing cards are not covered by a warranty unless they are official subscription cards and these are under warranty for as long as the broadcaster is broadcasting the programmes the card was intended to receive. The card is NOT covered if broadcasting stops due to the broadcaster going out of business or a change in schedules.

Any items that are returned for refund within 7 days will incur a 20% restocking charge. Any items retuned for testing that are found to be in good working order, the customer will be liable for the cost of all postage incurred Postage costs are non returnable, you will bear the costs for sending items back.
