    Changed your mind?

    With our 30-day money-back policy if you change your mind within 30 days just return the product to us in an 'as new' condition (unused and resaleable), including all packaging, instructions and accessories with proof of purchase and we'll give you an exchange or refund.

    This may be returned to one of our many stores nationwide or you may call or email our customer service team to receive a returns authorisation number.

    Return postage charges must be met by the Customer.


    Excluded from our 30-day money-back policy

    We're sure you'll understand but there are some products we can't offer returns on due to their nature.

    Goods that have had their manufacturer’s warranty revoked by the breaking of the seal of the product, or registration or activation of software or SIM cards.

    If the silver strip on the back of your Product Activation Key Card has been partially or completely damaged or removed.

    The seal has been broken on any DVD’s, CD’s or software including games.

    Gift Cards.

    Products with recordable Memory (including radio controlled aircraft, journey recorders & storage devices) that have been opened used or had their seals broken.

    Contracted services such as installation or subscriptions where the service has been activated or installation completed.

    Digital downloads – we also can’t issue refunds based on your inability to meet system or regional requirements, or lack of enjoyment while playing the game.

    We don’t cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

    What quality does my camera capture?
    These cameras make a great addition to the Yale 720p CCTV kits, offering 720p resolution and a wide 60-degree viewing angle. These wired cameras allow you to extend your system and monitor paths, entrances or gardens and see what is going on. With 36 infra-red LEDs, you can continue recording up to 30m away at night. 

    How simple is it to connect to my DVR?
    With plug and play connectivity, all you need to do is connect the BNC cable to your camera on one end and your DVR on the other. The power and BNC connections come as one cable with two connectors to make it even easier to set your camera up. Power for the cameras is supplied from a mains socket. You can view your camera on your smartphone or tablet with a compatible DVR, app and internet connection. 

    Where’s the best place to mount these cameras?
    With an IP55 weather resistant you can use these cameras outdoors or indoors wherever you need them. The HDC-303G-2 contains two bullet cameras, giving you flexibility to cover two different areas or use both to cover an area, like a doorway, from multiple angles. The bullet cameras can be mounted on a wall or ceiling and have adjustable joints to allow you to manipulate them into a wide range of positions.
