Your purchase may be sent by regular Australia Post surface mail. Please be aware - there may be 1-2 weeks delay in delivery with this option (compared to ebay's suggested delivery times).

Express Shipping is available Australia-wide, for a flat rate fee.
We offer flat rate express shipping with tracking. Your purchase may be sent by Australia Post Express Post or a courier service. We will select the best option for your express shipping at time of dispatch.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.

'Change of Mind' or Incorrect Purchases
We can not accept returns for change of mind or for incorrectly purchased items.
Please read all listings carefully to make sure you are purchasing the correct item.

However, if you find the item you have received does not match the listing, please contact us for return instructions.

Warranty Returns
All New Stock includes a 1 Year Australian warranty. Please keep your tax invoice for warranty purposes.

In the event that a warranty claim is required, the buyer must first contact Excess Camera Gear for instructions.
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original tax invoice.
Excess Camera Gear will organise a repair or replacement, then return the item to the buyer.

Please note: If the product has failed due to damage by misuse, the warranty will be void.
This includes failure to follow operating and maintenance instructions, wear, impact, water/liquid, foreign particles, battery corrosion or treated in any way which causes the equipment to malfunction.

If the product is not found to be faulty, we may return the item to you.
