Important Information Regards Postage

Royal Mail have their parcel service from April 2013 basing price on size as well as weight. Items posted within the UK will be sent either Small Parcels or Medium Parcels.

Small Parcels - Size up to Length - 45cm, Width - 35cm, Depth - 8cm - Weight up to 2kg
Medium Parcels - Size up to - Length - 61cm, Width - 46cm, Depth - 46cm - Weight up to 20kg

Because of this I have had to change the way I calculate postage for the items I sell that are bulky i.e nappies. Orders of more than 5 or 6 nappies will have to be sent Medium Parcels.

If you are purchasing more than 6 nappies/items please request an invoice so I can calculate the correct postage amount. If you don't I will refund any payments and invoice for the right amount.

Also insurance levels have changed, Standard Parcels are insured up to £20 and Signed For Parcels are insured up to £50. Because of this all my items posted in the UK will have the option to be sent Royal Mail Signed For. This is to ensure that the correct level of insurance is provided. If your goods are over the value of £50 an alternative of Royal Mail Special Delivery will be offered to ensure the correct level of insurance is provided.

If you are making multiple purchases please finish shopping before you pay. You can then request an invoice so I can enter the correct discounted combined postage for your order (it saves me having to refund excess postage and makes it a little easier for me).

Items must be paid for within 7 days of purchase, if you wish to make alternate arrangements please contact me. If payment is not received an unpaid buyer notification will be placed and if payment has not been received within 7 days of this the transaction will be cancelled and the item re-listed.

Returns Policy And Items Lost in Post

Returns

We accept returns of any item the is faulty/damaged or not as described and will refund your payment in full, without question. We simply ask that item(s) are returned in their original condition within 30 days with a note of your eBay user id.

Please Note: We will cover return postage costs for any faulty/damaged or not as described item(s). We do not cover postage costs incurred for the return of unwanted item(s).

Lost Post

If you don't receive your item within the Shipping timescales please contact me asap. For items posted in the UK a claim for loss can't be made via Royal Mail unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered (10 working days for Special Delivery™ items). For items posted to Europe this is at least 20 working days or for items to the rest of the world 25 working days have passed from the due delivery date. If you item hasn't turned up after these timescales full refund will be issued up to the maximum insurance value of the postage selected.

Shipping

Royal Mail aim to deliver item(s) dispatched via 1st class post within 1-2 business days, whilst for 2nd class they aim to deliver within 2-3 business days. European air mail is usually from 5-7 days, countries outside of Europe normally take from 7-14 days. Royal Mail class business days as Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays). Please note that these services are estimated deliveries times only and not a guarantee that they will be delivered within these time scales.

A proof of postage is obtained for all items. All items sent within the UK will have the option to be posted by Royal Mail Standard Parcels, insured up to a value of £20 or Royal Mail Signed for, insured up to £50 or Royal Mail Special Delivery, insured up to £500. Standard Parcels and Signed for will be offered on all purchases but if your items total more than £50 Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please make sure you choose the correct level of postage as any lost items will only be refunded up to the value of the insurance provided.

All of our items listed are in stock and I aim to dispatch within 48 hours of payment. Often, the item will be dispatched the same day payment is received. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or during public holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day.
