  I accept Paypal, cheque or cash on collection. Goods will be dispatched once payment has cleared.   

Postage & Packing

Whenever there is FREE UK postage costs this will be for Royal Mail 2nd Class postage but I will also offer a faster option on these items. All of my items are included in the promotional discount scheme so you will only ever pay one postage cost no matter how many items you buy.  Any questions about this please contact me. I always obtain proof of postage for all of my items in case of any problems.

Any problems with items not arriving or items delivered damaged etc. do not throw away any packaging and please contact me as soon as possible so I can resolve the situation.  

Returns Policy

You are welcome to return buy it now items, please notify me within 30 working days after receipt of the item.  Please contact me and I will give you a returns number to write on the packaging.  Return postage costs are at the buyer’s expense and the item must be returned in perfect condition, fit for resale and in the original packaging (if any). The item must be posted in sufficient packaging to ensure no damage in transit. Please obtain proof of postage and keep until I have received the item.

  For faulty or not as described items return postage costs will be refunded to you and you will be given a choice of either a full refund or a replacement.  Original postage and packing charges will also be refunded.
