TERMS OF SALE:

SHIPPING

• We will despatch items sold 1 day after recieving cleared payment. We usually send our parcels via Hermes tracked service. Estimated delivery time as quoted by Hermes is 2 working days to most areas. All parcels can easily be tracked online from the time we send out the parcel.

ECXHANGE/REFUND

• Exchange and refund accepted within 14 days of purchase. Please inform us at the very earliest via email that you intend to send item back for an exchange or refund before posting. We will then issue a unique reference which needs to be included as a note in the parcel.
   
• The buyer will be responsible for return postage costs (Including exchanging for a different size. Please therefore use our detailed size chart guide to ensure the correcct size is selected before buying) unless an error has been made on our part. Please retain a proof of postage as parcels do get lost or misplaced by courier company's and this is not the fault of the seller.
   
• The garment needs to be in its original packaging with all labels intact. The Garment must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
