Domestic Shipping Options

Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders.

Express Shipping is also available Australia-wide, cost dependent on your location. This service also offers tracking.

International Shipping

All international orders are usually shipped via DHL and sometimes, Australia Post. Check individual listings for availability to your country.

If your country is not listed above, please message us with your full address and we will provide a cost estimate for your consideration.

All international shipping includes tracking and signature upon delivery. We do not offer non-trackable, non-signature international shipping.

Please keep in mind that any import restrictions or customs/tax fees associated with importing goods into various countries are the buyer's responsibility.

If your customs department refuses acceptance of a parcel and returns it to us, we will happily refund you the value of your item.
Shipping and handling will not be refunded.

'Change of Mind' Returns

The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in the original condition in unopened and undamaged packaging. If product has been used or the packaging is too damaged, a restocking fee may be charged.

Warranty Returns

All new stock includes a 1 Year Australian warranty. It is a requirement that you keep your tax invoice for the warranty.

In the event that a warranty claim is required, the buyer must first contact Excess Camera Gear for instructions.
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original tax invoice. Excess Camera Gear will organise a repair or replacement, then return the item to the buyer. 

If the product has failed due to damage by misuse, the warranty will be void. This includes failure to follow operating and maintenance instructions, wear, impact, water/liquid, foreign particles, battery corrosion or treated in any way which causes the equipment to malfunction.
