If you’d like to return your item, we’ll be happy to fully refund you for your purchase, providing that:
- You contact us to request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
- The item is fully packaged and in its original state.
- We receive your item back within 30 days of your returns request being made.
We’ll process your refund within 1 working day following receipt of the item.
Return postage is at the expense of the customer.
Please use eBay’s returns management option to process your return (select ‘Return this item’ from the available actions next to the item in question in the ‘Purchases’ section of your eBay account.

Delivery is to anywhere within mainland UK.
Although Hermes currently claim that standard postage means delivery within 3 to 5 working days, they don’t guarantee this, so please allow a day or two more for a delayed delivery before contacting us to ask where your item is.
You should receive an automatic despatch confirmation email from eBay, but please note that some email service providers such as Yahoo and Hotmail have filters that will move this email straight into your junk mail folder. Please check your junk or spam email folder, or look directly at the purchase details in your eBay account, before asking us about an item that appears not to have been despatched.
Hopefully everything will be fine, but if it does unfortunately happen that your item has been lost in the post, is damaged, is the wrong item, or is in some other way not as per the description given in the advert, please don’t let us find this out through your negative feedback.

Feedback from customers has indicated that every so often Royal Mail will attempt delivery but forget to leave a card to say so. Or sometimes they may leave a card that simply gets lost amongst other post. Therefore, if you haven’t received your item within the time you’d expect to, please contact your local sorting office to check and see if they have it before getting in contact with us, as this is often where it will be.
