"Stop-down mode" will need to be used when metering since the lens does not have the ability to have its aperture controlled by the camera body
This adapter has an Aperture Control Ring, to control the Nikon G series lens aperture, this adapter fits Nikon AF-S G mount lens from other manufacturers.
