After your purchase we request that you complete payment within 3 days of your purchase. Payment must clear within 10 days of auction close. After 10 days, we will open an Unpaid Item Dispute with eBay.

Items shipping to an Illinois address will be charged Illinois State Sales Tax of 6.25%.

Shipping

Orders normally ship within 1-3 business days of receipt of cleared payment. We will provide tracking information via eBay within 24 hours of shipment.

International Shipping

Delivery times for international orders vary greatly due to shipping and customs delays. It is not uncommon for an item to take 4-6 weeks to arrive in some countries.

Returns and Exchanges

Return items must be complete in new, unused condition. Return items must be in original manufacturer’s packaging. All tags, labels and stickers must be attached. Please make sure all parts fit prior to cutting, painting or altering in any way. Altered items are not returnable and non-refundable.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee regardless of the reason for return.
