30 Day Exchange Policy

·          If you find any functional defects and are not happy with your purchase - please contact us withing 30 days so we can help you resolve your issues.

·          Please keep in mind Software and battery issues are not covered. Also any physical damage that is incurred by the customer will not be covered.

·          Returned items must be in original condition and must contain original  packing. Shipping charges are  non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping  costs.

·          We will replace your item in a timely fashion once we have received and inspected the defective return.

·         Your satisfaction is important to us.  If you are not satisfied with the item you received, please contact us right away. Opening a case before contacting us hurts us as vendors and often slows down the process. It is in our best interest to make our customers happy, so please do contact us if you  have any concerns.

·          Please allow 2 business days for us to  process and ship your order

·          Shipments to the United States generally take 3 to 5 business days to arrive.

·          Insurance costs are included in the stated shipping amount.

·          United States customers should not incur any import or duties. In the unlikely event that this does happen, please keep a receipt and contact us right away.

·         Shipping fees are for Canada and The United States (Lower 48 States).

Terms and Conditions

·          Shipments to Canada are subject to taxes; 

                - 15% HST to NS, 14% HST to PEI, 13% HST to NB, NF and ON, 5% GST to all other provinces.

·          We will ship only to a confirmed Paypal address.
