Harlech Castle ROYAL WORCESTER Plate by John Stinton
Sorry I do not have a lot of info on this plate I could not find another online so I did the best I could so please ask any questions before you bid or buy it now. I do not see any cracks or chips the edge around feels smooth not ruff.
Size 9 5/8" across please see photos.you can see signature toward the bottom right of the mountain Reads J Stinton. I do not know the process of the painting to the plate. The blue on the plate is in great shape there is a scratch you can see in photo in the 2 o'clock posotion. There is quite of gold loss hard to see in photo sorry I could not find photo online to compare it so please be sure this is ok before "bidding" or "buy it now". There are wear for age the back side has some scratches or marks not sure if that is done in the process of manufacturing this plate see photos. There is also a yellowish line on the back of the plate looks like it is from masking tape and probably can be removed I do not clean any items like this so this is the way I received it only for light dusting with a soft cloth.
