All orders are dispatch within 24 hours of payment (Orders received over the weekend and Friday afternoon will be posted on Monday, Bank holiday orders will be posted after the bank holiday)
All orders are sent in jiffy bags, poly bags or strong boxes for larger orders.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd CLASS post. (Items over 2 kg will be posted by courier service -Typically 3-5 working days, for express deliveries please contact us before placing the order for the precise postage cost. This is due to multiple quantities in some of our listings. Express delivery postage cost would be subjected to the exact weight of the quantity of items you would select)
All overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail Air Mail.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, please notify us by e bay messaging service and return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt. Items must be undamaged and in the same condition as supplied. Return postage is at the customer’s expense, and refunds will be credited (less the original cost of postage and packaging) within 7 working days. In very rare circumstances if any of the items arrive damaged or faulty, we will arrange a full refund or replacement once the item has been returned to us.
