Original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles figure - 1993 Scratch. Probably the rarest TMNT figure.

Figure Condition: Excellent played with condition, light paint wear only. The only flaw I can see is a slight rub off the second '0' figure in the number on his chest (see photo 6 below). Other than that the figure is in excellent condition. Please see the 12 high res. photographs below for condition.
