We only accept returns when the item is still in the original condition (with all accessories included if applicable) within 30 days from the delivery of the merchandise. We do not accept a return or make a refund once the item has been used, opened, worn, tags removed or original packaging missing.
For returns not due to defect/damage, the buyer must pay for return shipping, plus 20% restocking fee will deducted from the refund. (Our restocking fee covers for our original shipping fee, so it can not be waived. Our "free" shipping service is only for customers keeping the purchased merchandise.)
We do not have exchange policy, so if the buyer wants to purchase another size, please make a fresh purchase on eBay. As soon as we confirm the payment, we will ship out.
For returns due to defect/damage, we, the seller, will pay for return shipping and the buyer will have 2 choices, replacement (if available) or refund.
