** - Airplane use - The 90W slim combo power adapter can be used in an airplane. It is rated up to 90W power consumption. However, some airline companies might limit the output power of in-seat power supply systems (ISPSS) to 75W. In this case, the circuit breaker of ISPSS might be triggered when the notebook computer consumes a significant amount of power. This is possible when the notebook is running some programs and charging an exhausted battery. If you plan to use your slim combo adapter with a notebook computer in flight, check the ISPSS instructions in your seat or consult the flight attendant to get the output power information of ISPSS.

First-time Buyers, Excessive Negative Feedback & Other Blocked Buyers:

Payment:

·         Payment for this auction must be made within 5-days of end of auction.  Otherwise, the seller reserves the right to resell the item to another buyer.

·         Payment must be made thru PayPal only.

CA Sales Tax:

      ·         By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all auction items with a delivery address in California. The tax rate will be 8.75% based on the state and local rate.

Shipping:

·      International orders are shipped by air so the shipping cost and speed of delivery depends on the size/weight of the packaged item, shipping method selected and exact location of final destination. International orders may be subject to custom inspection which affects speed of delivery and custom duties/taxes which is the responsibility of the buyer so consider that carefully and include that in your landed cost so there is no surprises. Warranty: 

·         Customer pick-up is “As Is” after testing, acceptance and payment by customer.

·         If shipped, this item comes with a 14-day Non "Dead-on-Arrival" (DOA) warranty or "Item As Described" guarantee.  After this period, all sales are Final so there are No Returns or Refunds.

·         DOA Warranty claim must be sent via eBay email feature.  Please includes in the email body the eBay Item Number, brand, model, defect description, purchase date and received date. A “Return to Seller” authorization and shipping label will be sent the buyer that must be attached to the same packaging before shipping back to the seller. 

·         The defective item will be re-tested and the defect will be verified before a replacement is sent, if on-stock and if not, then your payment will be refunded including shipping.

Condition:

·         This is in NEW condition with Lenovo seal in PC Option brown box so contents should not show any signs of previous use.

·         Unless otherwise stated, items are sold “As Is”.
