This includes the unit itself, as well as the power cable, manual, original inner box w/packaging, outer shipping box (will be shipped in this box), and remote control (including manual and box for the remote). 

The remote itself isn't in the greatest shape, but it works. It has some velcro on the bottom and the cover for the IR transmitter is missing.  The battery compartment is extremely clean with no leakage or corrosion.
