Here at Vicrez work very hard to ensure every customer is happy with their order. Please give us the chance to make an issue correct for you. Bad feedback and claims hurt our company, so we ask you please come to us before taking either of these steps. Most issues are due to using an incorrect body shop (like a collision center) to install aftermarket parts. Please keep in mind you are changing the look of your car, so issues can arise and a body shop needs to know how to handle these. Collision centers normally only do OEM and insurance work.
Please take your car to an experienced after market body shop. If you do not have an after market body shop, please call us and we will be glad to find one for you no matter where you live!
