Bishop Rotary Clone, has a nice big motor, runs smooth as butter.  3.5mm stroke.  No, it's not a real Bishop.  Yes, it's a Chinese knockoff.  But they work great!  I own 2 more of these, and have done several tattoos with them,with no issues whatsoever.  In short, they are not your typical Chinese crap.  

Perfect to use as a backup machine, for an apprentice, or hobbyist / scratcher.  These are also a great way for coil machine users to try out rotaries without spending big bucks.  I don't see any US sellers for these on ebay lately either.
