20% restock fee for any non defective returns. Once opened, returns are for exchange only. Since we don't charge for shipping within the US, any refund will also be less our original shipping costs. Also, you will need to agree to cancel the transaction since it is being returned (only for money back refunds do to buyer changing mind) Also, any orders that are requested to be cancelled prior to shipment, will be refunded less $.30 which Paypal charges us and doesn't refund on cancellation.
