With all shipping we provide tracking door to door from our warehouse to your eBay registered destination. All tracking numbers will be updated in your sales order. Shipping times can vary across Australia depending on your destination. You can track your parcel by entering the tracking number on the specified courier website. Express services can also be offered but come with an additional charge and are dependent on your location being in an express zone. If you are concerned about the tracking of your parcel or it is taking too long, please contact us via the eBay message system.

All our products are backed by Australian manufacturer’s statutory warranties. Further to this we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee that allows for the return of a product to us for any reason, provided it is unopened, unused and still in all original packaging.

In case you need to return an item to us please contact us first to avoid any potential delays in the processing. Please include personal details and reason for the return to assist in the processing of your return. All shipping costs (including those relating to warranty issues) are the sole responsibility of the buyer and we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to items while in transit. When a product is returned we may offer a replacement, exchange or refund depending on the circumstance. Refunds, when issued, will exclude all shipping costs.
