The most powerful XT/TT500 electronic ignition conversion available. Our 'Full Power Competition' ignition is Dyno proven to out perform all other digital and analogue systems, even those using an internal type flywheel. Supplied without a lighting coil or any charging system wiring this system is fully plug and play and works even when there is absolutely no other wiring on the bike, making this the easiest performance ignition to fit to competition machines. It WILL NOT give any power for lights! This kit has proven itself very suitable for enduro, dirt track, track bikes or those who want performance up-grade for their road bike (use the 12 volt kit for road bikes). 


The double bank CDi source coil gives vastly improved output compared to the single source coil version at all RPMs, from start up to 10,000 RPM - more in fact than any other self generating electronic ignition system. This power increases with rising RPM and remains high even when the engine is running at speeds well over the redline. Ignition timing is trimmed on the CDi unit, no need to remove the flywheel.


We retain the standard flywheel to aid starting and low down tractability - it doesn't hold you back. More tactibility out of the bends puts you in front, and the engine is sure footed with the stock flywheel. This combination of easy starting, low down tractability and high output ignition makes this the ultimate ignition conversion for XT & TT500s. Pictorial instructions guide you through the fitting process. Riders who have tried it rave about the level of performance this kit gives. Our kit is simple to fit as well with no need to keep removing the flywheel to make adjustments to the timing.


Please note TT500s do not have a full wiring loom, even the Yamaha lighting kit is not up to the job. We hope to offer a TT500 road legal wiring loom in the near future.
