WIRELESS HEADPHONES - FOR METAL DETECTING - 2.4GHZ

These Wireless headphones will work with any metal detector which has a regular 3.5mm or 6.35mm Jack and Headphones. It will not work with Deus metal detectors or ones which do not have regular Jacks - however it will work with the Deus if it has a jack converter fitted to take regular headphones. It works fine with the Minelab Sovereign GT model (which does not work with some other wireless models)

These Headphones do not use Bluetooth but instead use 2.4GHZ Wireless Technology. This has an advantage over Bluetooth Headphones in that they do not have any noticable delay / lag (less than 40ms). Whilst many detectorists use Bluetooth Wireless headphones and do not mind the small delay, some detectorists have issues with the delay.

Unlike some other 2.4Ghz units for sale - these Transmitter / Headphones sets do not cut-out if no noise is heard for some time. Some units cut out after 1 - 2 mins of silence and then take a bit of time to switch on again, which could cause a find to be missed.

When fully charged (which takes around 3 hours for each device Transmitter and Headphones) they will work for about 5 to 5 and 1/2 hours depending on Volume settings. This can always be extended by plugging into a USB Power Bank , which are used for charging mobile phones, or a car USB charger during a meal break.

The Transmitter plugs into your existing 3.5mm or 6.35mm Jack Socket on your metal detector. The body of the transmitter could be held to your detector using Velcro or a rubber strap, depending on your detecting model. We just use a piece of Velcro on my Transmitter and a small loop of Velcro on my detector's pole.

The Headphones, which are fully adjustable, are ready to go straight away. The Headphones have Volume controls to increase/decrease the volume level. This is useful in noisy environments.

1 x 3.5mm to 6.35mm converter (if your machine takes 6.35mm Jacks)

CHARGING

1 x Dual USB Charging Plug. Please Note this has a UK Plug, but if connected to an adapter can be used anywhere in the world (100V - 240V Supply). Note - USB Charger provided may be different that the one shown but will be fully CE Compliant to UK Standards.

INSTRUCTIONS

These are very easy to operate, however included are instructions to use these devices. The Transmitter and Headphones can also be used to listen to your Laptop or TV without any Lip Sync delays. The Headphones have very good sound quality.
