Payment Payment must be received within 5 days of the auction ending. We reserve the right to wait for cheques to clear (which can take up to 4 working days) before we despatch.

Don't forget that a bid on eBay is a legally binding contract.  We are very happy to answer any questions you may have, but please ask them BEFORE rather than after you have bid !
Shipping We aim to ship most items within 24 hours of cleared funds being received. For those few items where this is not the case, this is clearly stated on the EBay shipping pages.
   
Returns We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Payless4golf.com, however, we do realise that sometimes you may need to return goods to us. But please check all the listing details carefully so as to minimise the need for returns.

Remember, if you are not 100% happy with what you have bought then just send it back to us - unused and in its original packaging - within 7 calendar days for a full refund, no questions asked!

What to do if you have changed your mind?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have simply changed your mind and wish to cancel your bid, making sure that you quote your eBay User ID and the eBay item number (contact details as below).

If your bid has not been processed then we can cancel it immediately and no money will be debited from your card or in the event of a Paypal transaction we will refund you straight away. However, if your order has already been shipped then you will need to return the goods to us (see instructions below) at your own cost and within five working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. On receipt of the goods we will issue a full refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method (postage and insurance are not refundable).

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for golf equipment or clothing that shows evidence of having been used or on custom made products unless they are faulty.

Product Exchanges?

If you send a product back for an exchange we will charge you for shipping the new product back to you (unless the product was faulty or we made a mistake). Please enclose a cheque for the amount due - made payable to Payless4golf Ltd - or specify a debit/credit card to take payment from.

Please note that return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.

What to do if your goods are faulty or appear damaged upon arrival?

If the goods are faulty upon receipt please contact us immediately. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements or (if you prefer) refund you via your original payment method.

Please also tell us immediately if your goods were damaged in transit. If goods are visibly damaged upon receipt we advise that you accept delivery and then contact us. We will then arrange for replacement goods to be despatched to you, or an alternative course of action to be taken, if you so wish. We will also arrange for the courier to collect and inspect the damaged parcel, so please ensure that you retain everything as is at the delivery address.

What to do if you have received the wrong goods?

Please let us know straight away if you think that you have received the wrong goods and we will make every effort to sort things out in the most convenient way possible, and at no further cost to yourself.

What to do if your goods have developed a fault?

All products are backed by a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee from the date of purchase. Please contact us, with your original eBay reference / Order Number to hand, if you experience a problem with your goods and we will help you in any way we can.

Returns Instructions

For all returning goods, including shoes / clothes that do not fit, please include a copy of your original EBay Sales Invoice, clearly explaining what action you would like us to take. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely in their original packaging, and that you use a signed for service with adequate insurance to cover the value of the equipment to return the goods. We recommend that you use a reputable courier, such as Royal Mail for smaller items or Parcelforce for larger items.

Please note that responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
