wheel and tire packages are shipped mounted and high speed road force balanced. In some rare instances during transit wheel weights can come off and cause for vibration issues. Being that the mounting and balancing are provided as a courtesy to the customer we cannot issue any credits for these services. 

All shipping originates from 95205 zip code.  Shipment will be either UPS, FedX, USPS or ESTES EXPRESS.  Some larger items will ship via UPS Ground service.  Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment.  Some restrictions apply to free shipping please call before you  order
