We usually despatch orders the same working day if paid before 13:00 UK time (excludes weekends and holidays).

All orders are sturdily packed in plain packaging in order to preserve the Manufacturer's original retail display packaging which may be card or plastic boxes or polybags in the case of most Women's products and sometimes includes coathangers.  Either way you will always receive the Manufacturers retail packaging.  Please note that we do not flatten the display cartons for posting.

Unfortunately eBay is the ideal place for fraudsters to sell fake products.

On 2nd Feb 2017 when we searched for "Calvin Klein Boxers" approximately 99% of the top 250 listings were fake products, even though many of them were guaranteeing authenticity.

Calvin Klein (or actually their licensees, PVH Europe BV) are having difficulty controlling this inundation, which has actually been going on for a long time but is currently snowballing.

It may be that you are not worried by the fact that you are purchasing fakes, so long as they have the logo on and are cheap.  If you are concerned, however, please read on..

How do you tell if someone is selling fakes?

To maximise their profits, counterfeiters concentrate on copying the most popular items and Calvin Klein 3 Pack Boxers are top of their list.  Generally speaking they limit themselves to the bread and butter black, white and grey; red, white and blue; 3 x black; 3 x white; 3 x grey.  Others are faking a women's bralette and pants set.

Simply do a tiny bit of research to find out what other things the retailer is selling. Consider the evidence. If they are a proper bona-fide Calvin Klein retailer they will undoubtedly sell other Calvin Klein Underwear products such as single packs of boxers and briefs three packs of different coloured boxers and briefs, various T-Shirts, seperate womens bras and briefs so that you can mix the sizes (CK don't sell a set) in other words a broad range of CK products with lots of seasonal fashion items that the counterfeiters are not interested in because they are low volume.

Calvin Klein (PVH Europe) do not allow their authorised retailers to cherry pick the top sellers, in fact it is becoming increasingly difficult for genuine retailers to sell any of the top sellers because of the fakes.  If someone is selling all kinds of the latest 'hot' products and just has some of the CK three packs or bra and pants sets, they are almost certainly fakes.  Even some of the national bargain stores have been caught out selling fakes recently.  Ask yourself how come they have Calvin Klein 3 Pack Boxers amongst all the other household paraphernalia, toilet rolls, etc.

By the way, even £24.99 post free for a 3 Pack Boxer is verging on being too cheap. When you consider that eBay and Paypal take approx 18% in fees, there is postage of around £3.00 and the VAT man wants 20% this leaves the product below cost price and can only be done with legitimate stock if someone is trying to get it off the shelves. 

We are not trying to say that other sellers on eBay are criminals, in fact they may well have been taken in inadvertently by the con-men but many of them must know that the product is fake.  Ultimately, however, it is illegal to misrepresent a product and the fraudsters and criminals at the back of all this are just opportunists lining their pockets with cash.
