Items offered come as standard with our 2 year Return To Base warranty.
All items advertised are in stock at our warehouse in the UK. Domestic customers can expect a fast next working day delivery service via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
There will be no duties to be paid for EU customers.

Shipping
All items are dispatched the same working day (if purchased before 2pm).
Customers that require a guaranteed Saturday delivery within the UK, please contact us.
If an order is received after 2pm on a Thursday and before 2pm on a Friday, guaranteed delivery is not until Monday (some areas may deliver on Saturday at no extra cost).
Orders outside the UK are dispatched using Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For.
Any order received after 2pm on a Friday (including Weekend) will not be dispatched until the next working day, Monday.
All services have a level of tracking information available to the customer at request.
Payment
Currently we accept Paypal (Credit/Debit/BACS), Bank transfer/Deposit and Postal order
Return
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery or if prefered you may exchange for a n alternative item.
All items must return back to us in original unused condition.
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, if any issues arise please notify us and we'll be glad to help.
Exchanges are offered as standard, no restocking fee is charged.
Terms
Purchases: When committing to buy we reserve your item for 7 days, after that if no payment has been received and no correspondence has been made your item will be relisted and made available for purchase to others.
If you decide you do not want to purchase after committing to buy please send us a message and we will mutually withdraw from the transaction with no adverse affect to you.
All original packaging and certificate is included.
If any fault arises in a single instance, a repair will be attempted in the majority of cases before a replacement can be considered.
Feedback: Our system will automatically leave feedback for you, once you are pleased and feedback is left for us. Any questions please feel free to send us a message before leaving feedback as most issues can be resolved without dissatisfaction.
Delivery: Once your purchase has been made and payment received, your item will be dispatched using the nominated carriage provider, all estimated and guaranteed delivery times are the promise of the courier.
eCheques: If an item is paid for using a Paypal eCheque, your order will be dispatched once this payment clears.
