1972 Gibson Les Paul Custom
A second owner guitar that remarkably he Paul a lefty guitar strung right handed, so please note that the guitar has a nut for right handed playing . This is not indigenous to the guitar.
Waffle tuners, and hardware intact. Missing rear pickup cover, front Gibson Embossed logo cover on front, original pots and pickups are solid strong and original windings. Chip in finish rear of the third fret, and a pretty good size chip on the edge of the neck behind the tenth fret. frets are remarkably good condition original medium size frets that can be cleaned up, but very playable,no dead spots. Neck is straight, truss rod functions well, this just need a little cleaning and set up and off you go....
Good weight a little over 10 lbs, but not terribly heavy. Road Runner decal over headstock can be removed, but it was left on to this point. No repairs, just the nut , switch tip, ( will give a reissue ) and missing pickup cover.
Original case in quite good shape.
