Once payment has been made, we work hard to ensure your item is well packaged and sent by the advertised postal company.  In some cases, we may change the postal carrier at our discretion.  All orders should arrive at your address within 7 working days.  We cannot be held accountable for delivery times once your item is in receipt of the postal carrier.

Please note that the cost of the postage also covers packing materials and other associated costs; The cost is not just the price of the stamp.

It is your responsibility to provide us with your complete and correct address details.  We cannot be held responsible if you have entered your address incorrectly or you have not updated your address.

We accept returns.  Please notify us as soon as possible through eBay messages telling us why you wish to return the item, and we will then give you the details required to return your item.
