The 5 inch Parkerized blade has an aggressive saw-back.  The knife is 9 5/8 inches overall.  The blade is finished for minimal light reflection.  The oval handle is constructed of natural colored compacted leather disks, similar to Ka-Bar's construction.  It is equipped with a steel butt cap and guard, also finished black.  The sheath is brown leather, and the retaining strap is riveted AND sewn to the sheath so it cannot be lost.  The top of the sheath has two large slots for wearing on a belt, and the bottom has two small holes for mounting an included leg cord through, if desired.  The outside of the sheath also has a snap-closure pouch which holds a sharpening stone (yes, the stone is included, too).  Knife and sheath colors vary, but are usually fairly light, as shown in our photos.

This knife is guaranteed BRAND NEW and never used!  Date stamps are CURRENT (not 2008; we just show that one as an example in our photos).  We are a dealer, so you are NOT buying this knife second-hand.  You will be the original owner.  Ontario now packs these knives in the new style black boxes.  Also, these are military knives, not collectibles -- the blade finish will scratch when repeatedly inserted and removed from the sheath as there is a blade retention spring installed in the sheath that ensures the knife remains in the sheath even if the snap on the strap comes loose.
