We will not be held responsible for any international destination charges ie customs/duty etc - it is your responsibility to find out any charges you will incur.
If an item is damaged in transit then we will need you to take photo's of the damage for us to file a claim for insurance.
If an item is damaged in transit with no physical damage then you will need to pay return postage and as soon as we receive and have inspected the item we will either repair it and send it back to you or issue a refund. We inspect the item to ensure that no malicious activity has taken place since original dispatch (transplanting faulty components into our good working unit and then sending us a faulty item back).
