Guidance:

• Postage: at Royal Mail and eBay postal charges only (see Royal Mail and eBay website) - I charge at cost price (or less), estimated using my kitchen scales (!) so if on the rare occasion there is an over-charge, I always refund the difference - you can be assured you are in safe hands.  I always offer postage discounts for multiple purchases, so please contact me. If you would like another postal service e.g. Second Class or Collect+, please ask.  I do not believe in making a profit on P&P. 
• Packaging is free:  I 'recycle' with used packaging, so saving you money and helping the environment.  All items are carefully wrapped and well packaged - please see my feedback.  
• International customers are welcome.  I am a member of the eBay International Postage Service and use this to post items abroad so we are all supported and protected.  Please see eBay policy.  
• Proof of Postage: I always obtain a proof of posting. 
• Collection:  you are welcome to collect from Wimbledon or, with notice, Warlingham, Surrey.
• Description: I try to detail the items as best as I can and provide photographs as part of the description - if you would like more information, please ask - I am not scary, I work hard to please my buyers and will do all I can to help.  Message me and I will always do the best possible.
• Used washable clothes are freshly laundered in Ecover non-bio and items are from a clean, smoke-free, home.
