How to Style:

For the photo shoots, all that was done to the wig /hairpiece is, taken out of the package, flip the wig upside down, hold it by the tag inside the cap and given it a vigorous shake. This will loosen up the strands from being in a stationary position in the package and also offer volume. You can also finger style or use a wig pick or wire brush to style it. Hair spray can also be used.

This wig is made with human hair (50%) blended with new generation Kanelalon heat resistant synthetic fibers (50%). This wig has layers around the face with shoulder length and center skin part for a natural look. Made with human hair (50%) blended with heat resistant synthetic fibers (50%). This hairpiece has thinner hair on the top, it doesn't have full volume of hair.

You can also use styling products to achieve vibrant texture or use your styling tools, such as curling iron or flat iron to achieve an entirely different look!

Once you received your wig...

When you first take the wig out of the package or box, it may look a little different than what is shown in our pictures. That is because the wigs are well packaged to ensure each style and texture, and are stored in a stationary position for some time. You will almost always need a good shaking and styling of the wig to make it looks its best. We style all our wigs for the photo shoot with light mist of water, sometimes liquid sprays and fingers. If we can style the wigs you certainly can too, don't be afraid to make your wig your own.

Wigs look different on different people, even on a different mannequins...

Remember, all wigs look different on different people. Just like a size 10 dress on a mannequin will not look the same on someone who is a size 2 or vise versa. Depending on your face shape, size of your forehead, length of your neck, your jaw lines and etc. each styles will appear differently on person to person. A little cut and shaping will make all the difference in the world. You can always take your wig to a hair dresser and inquire about restyling. Remember, be “in” the wig when it is cut and styled.

Returns and Exchanges

It is against the California State Health and Safety Code 106960 to accept returns of wig or hair pieces.

Please email us with further questions or concerns regarding our return policy. Upon receiving your wig, please check to make sure that you have received the correct color and wig before opening the package. Incorrect or damaged items will be replaced if the item is in unworn and in factory sealed condition. All items returned must accompany a confirmation letter. (We do not accept returns without confirmation letter. The item/items will be returned to sender at sender's expense. ). Once your item is received, our team of associates will exchange the incorrect/damaged wig upon inspection.
