The outfit consists of a dress and a headband, created in plain white and blue floral print fabric. 

The dress is trimmed with rows of white and turquoise lace. The bodice is decorated with frilled organza, ribbon bows and a triple rosebud. The dress fastens at the back with buttons.

The stretch satin headband is decorated with ribbon bows and a triple rosebud.
