This is a nice condition Beige ITT rotary desk phone, I believe from 1986 - please check the pictures, one of the pictures shows a string of numbers stamped on the bottom with 1986 in it, so I think the phone is from 1986.
I tried the phone and it works fine. No issues with the dial at all. The plug at the end has the little clip missing that retains the clip in the wall jack but it still works.
The phone by itself weighs 3 pounds.
