The part is a quality handmade unit using the highest quality lloyds approved materials of glass reinforced plastic
Thats 2 coats of gel and 3 CSM layers giving the part its strength and rigidity yet very lightweight!
This is not your average flimsy fibreglass part like many others on ebay.
The cowl simply slips over the pillion seat & secured by 3 aluminuim tabs which are
built into the cowl itself,
(some of these cowls have the tabs glued on and they can easily snap off mine is much stronger)
The cowl will be supplied in white gel-coat it just needs priming and painting to match your zx7r!
