We will also double up the shipping containers in order to protect the display box. NOTE: Even with this service we cannot guarantee the display box condition! We can only guarantee the condition of the item - insurance will not cover the condition of the shipping carton nor the display box. This service may not be available on larger packages. Returns: You must contact us within 14 days of receipt for returns and they will only be accepted if the item is in original, new, sealed condition. Before shipping the item you MUST contact us to receive an RMA number and instructions for the return. Failure to do this could result in significant delays in processing your return.
