As for payments accepted, PayPal and I are only able to ship to the address listed on your PayPal account! If you need the item shipped to a different address, you must list that address to your PayPal account before paying. No exceptions.

Items are shipped via FedEx ground. If you want a direct signature requirement for your package delivery please message me or leave a note in the transaction, otherwise packages will be delivered without a signature requirement by default. However, items priced at or above $499.99 will ship with a direct signature requirement. A confirmation message will be sent with a tracking number after your package is dropped off at FedEx. If you would like expedited shipping (such as overnight or two day shipping) please contact us for a quote before your purchase.

Cutoff time for same day shipping is at 4:00 PM PST. If you place the order AFTER 4:00pm PST Friday or over the weekend we will ship the next available business day.

International delivery dates depend on the time to clear customs based on commodity, origin of goods and destination. For this reason along with other variables, we recommend placing your order by December 5th 4pm PST for international deliveries intended for arrival by Christmas. However, because there are so many variables we cannot guarantee your package will arrive on time.

processing and shipping on all orders are made within the next business day. Shoes are shipped business days Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Keep in mind there can be delays due to weather conditions and holiday business hours that are out of our control. If there are any issues concerning the whereabouts of your package, please contact FedEx as it is their responsibility once the package had been dropped off.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Return and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item. All purchases must be returned unworn in its original condition with all included accessories. The buyer is responsible for the initial shipping cost as well as return shipping. Once we obtained the return package, we will notify you. You have the option for an exchange or refund.
