All images will be scanned at 3600 DPI and saved in JPG format on a standard SD memory card supplied by the customer - this can then be used directly in digital frames, laptops, PC's, tablets, suitable TV's or taken directly to high street photo shops for physical prints or emailed to friends and family

All images will be colour and exposure enhanced and minor blemishes corrected to improve the final image quality although perfect results cannot be guaranteed as this is dependant on the condition of the film/slides supplied

Please ensure all negatives/slides to be scanned are pre-cleaned if necessary as we will not subject them to any contact to avoid causing any damage

Only forward the slides/negatives that require scanning as we will scan and charge for all items sent to us

In order to keep our charges to the absolute minimum and stress to you that we don't wish to add profit to the cost of memory cards, packaging and postage we ask that you supply these materials yourself

This method also simplifies the postage element as the cost of returning your items will be identical to the cost for you to send them to us - therefore you can attach the correct postage to your own stamped self-addressed packaging for return to yourself (this also ensures they are returned to the correct address in your own choice of packaging)

In the event you require your items returning by recorded delivery please contact us to discuss the cost of this postal service - the supply of self-addressed packaging will still be required

A copy of all scanned items will be retained for 2 weeks to cover for loss during postage, unfortunately I cannot accept responsibility if this occurs as this will lie with Royal Mail. If notified of loss in postage within 2 weeks I will still be in a position to recopy the images onto a replacement SD card (supplied by the customer)

After 2 weeks from return despatch, except in the case of loss in postage, all images stored by ourselves will be permanently deleted for complete confidentiality of your images

Minimum order is 10 images or £1.00 and each image will be charged at 10p each - if you have a sizeable order please contact us as we may be able to negotiate a further discount

For your information when obtaining the SD card please note the following approximate capacities and supply Standard SD cards (if supplying a Mini or Micro card please also forward the relevant Standard Adaptor)

512MB card will hold approx 700 images

1GB card will hold approx 1400 images

2GB card will hold approx 2800 images

SD cards are available online and in most supermarkets and high street camera shops and electronic retailers

Why use our service ?

Calculate the quantity of images to be scanned, divide by 10, and enter this in the quantity box as each £1.00 payment purchases the scanning of 10 images

Once cleared Paypal payment is received for the amount due (quantity x 10p) the address to forward your negatives/slides to will be emailed

We will endeavor to complete the service and despatch your completed order within 7 days although during busy periods this may not be possible 

In the event you are local we can also arrange for you to deliver and collect in person to avoid the postage costs
