Heavily beaded silk satin cape. Tagged Franklin & Simon Co. New York. Color ~ Black / Ivory Cream. Formal attire for sure. From the back you can see a tail almost reminds me of a penguin. Measures approx. 36 inches long from back neckline to tip of tail X 19 inches from front neckline to hemline. Due to the design of this garment I believe it could be considered One Size. As with all heavily silk beaded vintage items I can see tell tale signs of shattering beginning at shoulder area (visible in picture #11 & #12 ). Otherwise in wearable condition. Weighs a bit over 2 lbs without packing.
