At the Gem Tree, we offer an array of items. Many items are handmade, and of high quality, and are ethically sourced. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions. We will get straight back to you as soon as we can and do our best to help. We also have an independent website with these items and many, many more.
We accept payment via Paypal, which is fast and secure. You can also use credit or debit card upon checkout. Payment must be made within 7 days. Your items will be sent within 24 hours of payment being cleared Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
We use a multitude of shipping carriers. For most items that are not heavy and bulky, we use 1st class Royal Mail. For United Kingdom, items take on average 1 - 2 days. For Europe, average turnaround is 4 - 5 working days, and 7 - 10 for Rest Of the World countries. All our orders are packed with great care, and we make all efforts to ensure that your items are sufficiently prepared for their journey to you.
Our returns policy serves as a guideline for buyers wanting to return items. We will approach all return matters with compassion and commitment to help you resolve the problem quickly.
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase you can choose between a refund, an exchange or store credit where:
Goods are faulty on arrival and you have reported the matter to us within 24 hours of having received the item. You are also required to send back the item for inspection within 7 days of delivery;
Goods have been wrongly described on our website;
The goods have been damaged during transit;
The item doesn’t fit as expected; however you will need to pay the costs incurred for sending back the item to us.
We do not give full refunds if;
A returned item is not in original condition, has been used or shows signs of damage wear and tear and has the original packaging;

A refund will only be paid once we have received the goods back from you for inspection.
