50,000 VOLUME JEWISH JUDAICA LIBRARY TAX BREAK CREDIT CHINA FINDERS FEE REWARD

Description

SEE THE BOTTOM OF THIS DESCRIPTION TO FIND OUT HOW YOU CAN GET BACK $50,000 OR A 5% FINDER'S FEE IF YOU FIND ME SOMEONE WHO WILL PURCHASE THIS ENTIRE COLLECTION! SEE ALSO THE TAX BENEFITS THAT YOU HAVE BY DONATING THIS LIBRARY TO A YESHIVA or UNIVERSITY, OR NON PROFIT INSTITUTION.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. You are bidding on a huge Judaica library of 50,000 Jewish books. The idea behind this auction is to give YOU the buyer an opportunity to acquire this library and to donate it to a Institution of your choice (or I can recommend one of several for you) and to receive the tax benefits worth  $1,000,000. The actual price of these books, if they were to be purchased individually would be well over $1,0000,000, and with today's tight institutional budgets, most libraries -jewish or not- do not have the money to purchase such a large library. By donating this library, not only do you benefit the thousands of students who will be studying at this institution(s), but you get all the tax benefits as well!

How does it work?

According to my FORTUNE 500 accountant, a list of the books are submitted to the IRS folks who have an independent evaluator go over the list to evaluate the value of the books. You are then informed as to the amount that you can deduct from your taxes. You don't want to donate these books, rather keep them yourself? No problem! An arrangement can be made to ship this library to whomever or wherever you want ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD INCLUDING CHINA! This library is coming direct from Israel. Now for the details of this library.  Any serious bidder is more than welcome to come and see this library personally in ISRAEL. Make me an offer! No unreasonable bid will be refused!

  WHAT IS IN THIS COLLECTION?

While I do not have a catalogued list of books that are in this collection (in the process still), I can say that there are books here of every conceivable Jewish topic. The books in this collection are about 80% in Hebrew, the rest being divided into English, Yiddish, German, Judeo-Arabic and some French. This collection contains books on Jewish History, Law, Talmudic analysis & Responsa, Biblical Commentary, Kabbalah, fiction, poetry, Prayer books, Journals, Wissenschaft des Judenthums, Grammar, Hashkafah,  Holocaust,Palestine & Israel, Passover Haggadot... in short a little bit of everything. Most of the books are hardcover and in good  condition.

THIS IS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY FOR A UNIVERSITY LIBRARY TO ACQUIRE THESE BOOKS WHICH THEY WOULD NORMALLY HAVE TO PAY 4 TIMES THE PRICE (MINIMUM) OF WHAT I AM ASKING!!!! THESE BOOKS IF THEY WERE TO BE BOUGHT AT AUCTION OR AT BOOK DEALERS WOULD BE VALUED AT OVER $1,000,000. ATTENTION BENEFACTORS & TAX ATTORNEYS, THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUR CLIENTS TO GET A BIG TAX WRITE OFF IF YOUR CLIENT WERE TO DONATE THESE BOOKS TO A UNIVERSITY. I HAVE A FEW JEWISH UNIVERSITIES (AND SOME NON-JEWISH WHO ARE INTERESTED IN THIS COLLECTION BUT SIMPLY DO NOT HAVE THE BUDGET TO BUY THIS COLLECTION!!!!)

In order to give you a very rough estimate as to what is available, here is a breakdown of the books in terms of categories:

This collection is located somewhere in Israel. Anyone is welcome to come and inspect the collection if they are considering to buy the entire collection. Please email me for any questions in case you decide to bid! Anyone who bids and then retracts his/her bid AFTER the auction will have to pay Ebay the fees for this auction NO EXCEPTIONS MADE (sorry)!

To sum it up, THIS IS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE AN ENTIRE LIBRARY PURCHASE ON BEHALF OF A UNIVERSITY, RABBINICAL SCHOOL OR WORTHY INSTITUTION IN ISRAEL OR ABROAD.  THERE ARE ALSO TAX BENEFITS INVOLVED IN THIS MUNDANE WORLD AS WELL, AS I'VE DESCRIBED BEFORE.

Also, this is also a great opportunity if anyone wants to start their Antique Judaica Book business on the net. According to my simple calculations as detailed below, these books have a MINIMUM RETAIL VALUE of OVER $1,000,000. The estimates below are way below the prices of what Book dealers would charge a collector or institution. The average price for an out of print book these days is about $30. That would make this collection be worth something beyond the $1,000,000 range!!!

If you are a tax accountant (or someone who has the financial means to make people happy) and have clients who may be interested in this library or the tax benefits involved with this library, I know of several institutions who are interested in this library but may not have the funds to acquire this fine collection.

The following is a verbatim email that I received from my fortune 500 accountant on this tax shelter when I asked how this would work:

"Keep in mind that a deduction of $1,000,000 will raise a "red flag" for an IRS audit.  Also, charitable contributions are generally limited to 50% of a person's gross income.  So, for a person to deduct $500,000, he would need income in excess of $1,000,000.  (If he doesn't have that amount of income, the "excess" contributions can be "carried forward" to later years.)
The IRS will generally require information based on a written appraisal by a qualified appraiser for a donation of books in excess of $5,000.
Although the amount of the deduction is based on fair market value, FAIR MARKET VALUE is defined as the price a willing, knowledgeable buyer would pay a willing, knowledgeable seller when neither has to buy or sell.
The IRS may say that the biggest proof that the fair market value of this collection is only $1,000,000 is the fact that a person just paid $1,000,000 for it on the open market (eBay)."

So, this is the way it would work. After purchasing this library, it will be donated to an Institution of your choice (I personally already have an institution in mind, but the choice is yours). With your purchase, you will receive an itemized list of every book, its title, & date of printing, with it's current retail value on the open market. This list is important as it is YOUR PROOF TO THE IRS that you have indeed purchased for $1,000,000 a library that is worth THAT MUCH IF NOT MORE! from me. When the IRS sees that this is not a scam but that a true transaction has indeed taken place, an institution has received the books (or you have) for the current market value of $1,000,000, you will be able to deduct the appropriate sliding scale value of your donation (speak to your accountant for an assessment as to how much you can deduct per year, it depends on how much money you make). I am willing to receive protracted payments for this library that would be mutually beneficial for the both of us.

SPEAK TO YOUR TAX ACCOUNTANT - ATTORNEY TO FIND OUT IF WHAT I AM SAYING IS TRUE!

As promised, here's how you can receive cash back on this purchase. If you purchase this entire collection, I will, for a limited time only refund $50,000 of your purchase price. You can do with the money as you see fit! No strings attached!
If you would like to receive a finder's fee of $50,000 (or 5% of the final price, whichever is smaller), find me a buyer who needs/wants the tax break, or some worthy institution that needs to start a new Hebraica/Jewish library (and has a willing buyer), and again, no strings attached you will receive your finders fee once the purchase is made and all financials are arranged. If you are an accountant, lawyer or just someone involved with institutions to help their clients with tax write offs, this is a great opportunity to offer your clients to do a real Mitzvah! All this will be done in the strictest of confidence! But do it soon, as I may change my mind! If you have any questions, please feel free to email me. All serious inquiries will be answered usually within 24 hours, so what are you waiting for!?
