| There's never a dull moment with a Benchmade... That's right! Benchmade will gladly re-sharpen your Benchmade knife to a factory razor sharp edge (service does not apply to any serrated portion of the blade). If you prefer them to sharpen your blade, or if you may have neglected to maintain your edge for a while, simply ship your knife to us. They will not only sharpen it, but will also inspect the knife for any warranted repairs and "tune" the knife for optimum performance. Simply ship the knife to the Benchmade address, postage paid and insured.
Note: Any automatic knife returned for Warranty or LifeSharp℠ service from outside of Oregon must also include either a signed copy of the "Auto Knife Opening Acknowledgement Form", your web account username if you have already accepted the AKO Acknowledgement, or be returned through an authorized Benchmade dealer. No exceptions will be made. Each new knife is packaged with written documentation of the Benchmade Warranty. Benchmade Knife Company, Inc. warrants to the original owner that the knife will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Benchmade will without charge, repair or replace at our (Benchmade's) option, any knife returned for Warranty work and found to be defective by Benchmade. We are an AUTHORIZED DEALER of Benchmade Knives, and pricing is set. We will not accept offers lower than what is listed. For the warranty to be valid, buyer must retain receipt from an Authorized Dealer.
SHIPPING: We ship within 3 days of receiving funds through paypal. We ship via UPS Ground, so please give your physical address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We will ship International Express only to those countries that allow insurance. Please email us your address and we will send you an estimate and bill you on Paypal. Buyer is responsible for any and all import taxes / duties, which we have no control over. Please do not ask us to misrepresent the items' value or state that it is not purchased merchandise, as that is illegal.
COLORADO RESIDENTS: Colorado Residents will be billed state tax of 2.9%.
EXCHANGE ONLY: We do exchange only, and have the ability to get any knife you want. Or you can exchange for any item in our Retail Store or Online Store. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If for some reason you cannot find an item for exchange, you may receive credit for future use, or we will do a refund less 15% restocking fee.
