Because Ebay now charge me 10% of the actual postage costs, I need to increase postage to cover their charges. UK 1st class recorded postage is £4.40 plus Ebay 10% tax = £4.90.

For Europe 1st class signed for postage is £11.70 plus Ebay 10%tax =£13.00

Ford Sierra 3Dr & Sapphire Cosworth Fuel Pump Sub Loom

This is an independant Cosworth Fuel Pump Sub-loom that replaces the existing wiring and ensures 13 volts minimum at the fuel pump(dependant on battery & alternator condition).

Many of the 3Dr and Saff's have a problem with the standard old pump wiring; where at high RPM there is not enough voltage at the fuel pump therefore it cannot provide the required fuel pressure to the rail and the engine can run lean and be destroyed.

Many tuners insist that the wiring is replaced prior to carrying out any mapping or further tuning because of this problem, this is often around £100 to have this done.

You can now do it yourself for a fraction of the price.

This loom takes its feed directly from the battery to a fused relay that can be secured in the engine bay or under dash. The original ecu switch wire is used to switch this relay and then takes the supply straight to the pump. This way no parts of the existing pump loom are required. All connections are labeled and the loom is tested prior to shipment.

This loom is for cars with the Bosch 044 uprated fuel pump. The 044 loom has a 6mm on the postive side and a 5mm connector on negative side of pump.
