Good condition with NO chips, cracks or repairs.

There are some slight scratches and factory straw marks due to age and technology of process when it was manufactured as well as some slight staining from many of great cups of coffee.

Anchor Hocking had intended to reintroduce a number of pieces of the Fire-King restaurant line in conjunction with Restoration Hardware. The initial quality was so bad, the project was cancelled. The test pieces that have made it into the public market appear to be the Fire-King D-handled mugs which initially surfaced in the Lancaster, Ohio area. New mugs are taller than the vintage D handled mugs, measuring 4″ tall, and 3 3/8" across the opening. Old cups are only 3 ½" tall and 3 ¼" across the opening. The mark is also different. New mugs are marked "Anchor Hocking Fire-King 2000" and the anchor logo. Old mugs have the original molded mark, "Fire-King, Oven Ware, Made in USA". New mugs are also low quality with numerous flaws.

Keep in mind that unless we were to pack these fragile items in a steel container there is always a very, very slim chance that an item could be damaged in route as we have no control over it after it leaves our facility. But rest assure that we will do everything possible to protect your fragile item to insure that it arrives untouched.

Approximate sizes are always included in the description. Please examine the photos carefully; as they are to be considered part of the description, and read the description and ask all questions before bidding.

Return Policy -We offer a 30 day return policy. If an item is not as described or we made an error in our listing or it was damaged in shipping, you will receive a full refund as soon as we receive the item back. If however you have had a change of heart or buyers remorse or miscalculated dimensions or your return has nothing to do with an error on our part, we will accept the return as we want you to be happy with your purchase but will need to charge a 20% restocking fee which covers cost associated with packing up your item, advertising the item, as well as having the item unavailable to potential buyers for the length of time it takes for us to get the item back in our possession. Most of the time this process cost us double that 20% but again we like to show good faith and we want you to be happy with your purchase as repeat customers are a big part of our clientele. Your refund would be the item's original cost to you, less the shipping cost that we provided to send it to you as well as a 20% restocking fee. Again this does not apply to an item that we made an error in the listing or a damaged or lost item, these cases we will refund you in full as soon as we get the item returned to us in the condition it was sent to you in, unless of course it was damaged in shipping.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
