Shipping:
*I ship within three days after the purchase is paid in full.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Return postage is to be paid by the buyer. Exceptions are taken on a case by case basis. Lots must be returned in full to receive refund.
Items
defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as
if new and returned with a detailed description of the
problem.
Return
shipping fees are not refundable.
We
reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are
not followed.
