Despatch - and - Personal Handover Options
Our stock is kept in spankingly clean off-site secure, dry, insured, commercial storage premises which open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, and restricted Saturday hours.

We show shipping prices separately, as opposed to included in the item, as we prefer to be transparent for buyers with item price and packing/postage costs.

We will retrieve sold items, pack and despatch within 2 working days (if the item is large or requires de-glazing etc please allow us a little extra time).

If buying more than one item we can usually offer combined postage once we can guage the overall size and weight of a complete package for you (if the sizes and shapes of items will fit into one box).

You can also opt to meet us in the Stroud area (GL5, GL6, GL7) or we may be able to meet you elsewhere for a modest cost to reimburse time and fuel: we have regular van trips to the Derbyshire area (via M5 and M42 services for handovers) and Devon (M5/A38/A30) and M4 (Reading/Newbury).

Primarily specialist art dealers, part of a small limited company based in the Cotswolds.
Some of our non-art items can vary to include good quirky furniture & homeware.

Overpayment of postage if buying multiple items for postage OVERSEAS
We realise that in different countries buying multiple items from one seller sometimes mean the postage charges don’t easily combine in the charging system before ebay asks you to pay, and you seem to be paying a full despatch cost on each item. We can’t tailor additional item costs to each country but once your package of more than one item is parcelled, weighed and costed, if you’ve overpaid we will refund you by paypal whatever the overpayment is.

Remote Area Surcharges
UK locations: 
Please ask in advance of bidding/buying if it needs postage to one of the British islands: Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish remote locations etc, for additional carriage charges (we primarily use UPS for price and efficiency, but they do charge more for some postcodes, or don't serve some postcodes at all so we may need to quote you using another carrier). 

Overseas locations: 
If you know your address attracts remote-area surcharges from couriers such as UPS please let us know before paying, or we reserve the right to charge you any excess by paypal invoice once the item is packed and booked for courier collection here - if UPS tell us the address attracts a remote-location charge. 
If you are unsure if your address attracts extra charges, please hold off paying and ask us to check with UPS first.


PAYMENT 
Please only buy if you are ready & in a position to pay safely online via PayPal. 
There’s nothing worse than a buyer going to ground with no communication, leaving us with a sold item but no communication or payment.
If you haven’t paid we will ask to recover payment with ebay’s help. It is only fair!
We don’t take cash on collection, for our own safety, if you’re thinking of arranging personal handover..
We will only retrieve from storage, and start to pack an item, once we have received payment.
