Brewing instructions:

Unsure how to brew loose tea?  No need to worry. Brewing loose tea is easy if you start with fine tea, add high quality water and steep to your personal taste. We have given the following general guidelines to get you started.  Feel free to adjust the steeping time or amount of tea to your tastes.

Our recommendations:

• Water temperature – 95 - 97 ◦ C
• Quantity – 2 to 3 grams per 250ml of water
• Time – 30 seconds to 3 minutes
• You can brew at least 8 - 12 times

Postage and packaging:

Tea Shelf is a UK based seller. We offer free fast delivery on orders of £50 or over. All packages send by Royal Mail 1st Class and most likely to arrive within 1-2 days. Most of our teas come in organic Kraft paper stand-up pouches or foil tea bags (depending on tea volume and structure) and will be well packed and protected.
