We issue invoices daily for winning auctions and purchased item. We request payment within 3 business days of receiving your invoice. If you have any trouble making payment or are waiting for other auction items to close, please contact us to ensure your item(s) remain available to you.
Items left unpaid for 3 or more business days with no contact may be relisted.
Purchase multiple items and save on shipping.
If you plan to purchase multiple items to save on combined shipping, DO NOT PAY until all items are purchased AND PLEASE CONTACT US TO LET US KNOW YOU ARE WAITING FOR ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO CLOSE. We offer 5 days to combine all of your items into one checkout with one low shipping cost! Items must be purchased using the same user I.D. If you are buying multiple items to save on COMBINED SHIPPING, the auctions should end within 5 days of each other and must be checked out at the same time, with ONE payment.

How much is combined shipping for each additional item?
- Domestic (within the USA): All items shipped within the USA have free shipping.
- International (outside the USA): Because shipping to various international locations vary, when you check out, you will be charged according to the total weight of your package so we can provide you with the best rate for your location.
Shipping
Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method that you choose. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method for same day shipping, your order must be received and clear payment authorization by 11 am PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

Expedited
2-3 business days
Express is shipped using USPS Priority mail service.
- A USPS carrier will deliver to PO Boxes, APOs/FPO addresses, or US Territory addresses.
- Domestic shipments will be supplied a delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number.
- Shipments are processed once payment clears and shipped within 1 business day.
Outside the U.S.
Our standard international services include USPS First Class International, USPS Priority International and USPS Express Mail International.
Standard parcels can take in excess of 4-6 weeks to arrive due to customs delays, but typically arrive within 2 weeks. For guaranteed tracking, we recommend selecting our expedited service, USPS Express Mail International.
- Shipments are processed once payment clears, and shipped within1 business day.
- International Standard shipping may not come with tracking. For guaranteed tracking, select International Expedited.
- Priority International will include tracking but does not guarantee an arrival date.
- International Expedited shipping class utilizes USPS Express Mail International.
- Orders valued at $500 or greater must be shipped via Express International. Expedited International must be selected as the service class.
- Shipments to Canada can take 2-4 weeks for delivery due to customs delays; select Expedited International for faster delivery.
- Import duties & taxes are not included in item price or shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility.
- Check with your country's customs office to determine import costs prior to bidding/buying.
- Due to frequent customs delays, allow 6-8 weeks for arrival of packages shipped to the following destinations: Armenia, Australia, Brazil, Croatia, France, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Moldova, New Zealand, Poland, Spain, and Ukraine.
- Government regulations prohibit marking merchandise below value or marking items as "gifts".

Returns
We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns (excluding swimwear and intimate bottoms). You will receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise less all shipping costs.
- Ensure ALL returned packages contain paperwork that includes your ebay user ID, and preferably your reason for returning. (We would like all feedback about our product to ensure we are aware of any problems)
- Include USPS tracking on all packages and email us the tracking information once the package has been shipped.
- Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition within 14 days with original tags/packaging. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you. If applicable, any protective inner lining must be intact. Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear bottoms are non-returnable.
- When we receive your package we will process the return within 5 business days. You will receive a refund for the purchase price less all shipping costs.
- PLEASE ENSURE YOUR RETURN CONTAINS THE PAPERWORK WITH YOUR EBAY INFORMATION FOR A SPEEDY REFUND.
